It is important to know at any age!
The children are nurtured in community based centers. The children from the level of infants are raised in these institutional centers. These are the day care centers, preschools, primary, secondary, high schools, colleges and research institutions in the moon; all in one single locality. Children at these centers treat all adults with utmost respect regarding them as mentors and as no different from their parents.
and here is another
These different results to basically the same types of studies make me wonder if there is any relationship between location on the planet and the full moon. Are there areas on the planet and in our own country that may be more effected by lunar phases than others? Is this even possible?
Almost every moon in our Sun's family of orbiting objects, including Earth's own bewitching, large Moon, rotates on its axis at the same speed as it orbits its parent-planet. It is for this reason that we always observe the same side of our Moon facing us on Earth. But on Pluto, things work a bit differently. Astronomers have now discovered that there are no hidden sides to its moons!

"How can this be? Is it just a matter of size? Location? What about Mercury and Venus? Did they grow on similar timescales to the Earth or on timescales more similar to Mars? I think these are some of the really important questions that we, as a community of planetary scientists, will be addressing in the future," Dr. Jacobson told the press in April 2014.
There is an important distinction between the way giant planet systems form--such as those belonging to Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune--and the way that the rocky planets such as Earth, and the dwarf planet, Pluto, take shape. The gaseous giant planets are surrounded by rings, a myriad of moons, and a vast number of tiny dancing moonlets, whereas the rocky planets have none, or only one moon, and no rings to be seen. Until this new model was developed, two scenarios were generally used to explain how the regular moons of our Solar System were born. These two commonly used explanations suggest that the moons of Earth and Pluto came into being following catastrophic impacts. They further suggest that the moons of the giant, outer planets were born in a nebula floating around the newborn gigantic planet. They fail, however, to explain the distribution and chemical composition of the moons circling the gigantic outer four. Something, therefore, up until now, has been missing.
Lunar Cycle and Menstruation. On average the menstrual cycle of a woman is exactly the same as the Lunar month which is 29.5 days. Studies show there are more births during full and new Moon. The stronger gravitational pull seems to have an effect. Another interesting fact is that more boys are born after the full Moon and more girls after the new Moon. Can it be the pull on the embryonic water as the Native America Indians believe? Though there is no scientific proof of many of the theories connected with the Moon it is very interesting.
